Felipe is an architect with more than a decade of international experience in design, construction, and real estate development. After five years in leading architectural studios in Argentina, specializing in high-end residences and commercial (retail) projects, Felipe launched his own development in Uruguay, designing and building premium vacation homes in La Pedrera.

For the past three years Felipe has been based in Portugal, where he founded a fix and flip real estate investment company managing every stage of projects from acquisition to design, construction, and resale. His portfolio includes multiple successful renovations in Cascais, Algés, Carcavelos and Lisbon, combining architectural creativity with strong business performance.

When Felipe is not working, he is an avid surfer and can be found surfing some of the largest waves in the world in Nazare Portugal, or spending time with his family.
