Tim is a real estate development professional and entrepreneur with a background in economics, finance, and urban land economics. He holds a degree in Economics and a minor in Business Management from the University of Victoria, along with a post-graduate specialization in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Tim began his career with a boutique luxury homebuilder, supporting every stage of $2M+ spec-home developments from site selection and pro forma creation to construction oversight and marketing. He then worked alongside veteran developer Dale, acting as Owner’s Representative alongside Dale operating on every aspect of the business of developing real estate-, from idea conception to execution and sales / lease-up, including: planning, acquisition of funding, property acquisition, project oversight, construction management, execution, and sale / lease-up on projects ranging from $5M to $150M+ across Canada, Mexico, and the U.S., including large-scale subdivisions, resort hotels, and mixed-use redevelopments.

An entrepreneur at heart, Tim has also launched and grown several companies, building profitable distribution networks for construction and home-finishing materials. His career combines hands-on real estate expertise with strategic business development to deliver high-value projects in competitive markets.

When Tim is not working, he can be found freestyle skiing (ex national team), downhill biking in Whistler, BC, or spending time with his family.
